Summer 2025 Symposium announcement – Orthodox Academic Society

With the blessings of His Eminence Metropolitan Saba we would like to invite the AHOS community to join us at the 7th biannual Orthodox Academic Society Symposium, to be held Saturday, May 24th, from noon to 3:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, via Zoom. The theme for this symposium will be The Legacy of the First Ecumenical Council at Nicaea.

The Orthodox Academic Society has as its mission to foster vibrant academic theological interactions among AHOS students, alumni, faculty and scholars-at-large, whose research and interests are aligned with the Orthodox Christian Tradition. The OAS Symposium offers AHOS graduate students a chance to present, discuss and defend their academic work before the AHOS community.
