The Antiochian House of Studies (AHOS) has officially established a United States unit of the International Chair in Bioethics. This milestone marks AHOS’s formal entry into an international network focused on bioethics and enhances the school’s capacity for teaching and research in the field.
The creation of the unit followed a series of high-level collaborations and approvals:
A recommendation from Professor Evangelos D. Protopapadakis of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens to Professor Rui Nunes, President of the International Chair in Bioethics.
Collaboration with AHOS Academic Dean, the Rt. Rev. Archimandrite Professor Fadi Rabbat, and Dr. Ioannis Ladas, AHOS Professor of Bioethics.
Approval from the President of the Antiochian House of Studies, Great Economos Fr. Michel Najim.
As requested by the International Chair, AHOS’s Academic Dean appointed:
