Archimandrite Fadi Rabbat, has been appointed ex officio member of the European Institute of Canon and Ecclesiastical Law (EICEL) in Greece — a distinguished center of scholarship dedicated to advancing the sacred disciplines of Canon and Ecclesiastical Law.
The European Institute of Canon and Ecclesiastical Law (EICEL.gr) stands at the forefront of theological jurisprudence, fostering rigorous academic inquiry and promoting the development of knowledge across the ecclesiastical sciences. Through its programs and research initiatives, the Institute cultivates excellence in the study and application of the Church’s canonical tradition.
His Eminence Metropolitan Gregorios of Peristeri, President of the Institute, affirms this mission with these words:
