The fourth day of the AHOS Residency was a significant one, blending deep spiritual reflection with a major milestone for students. The day began with a solemn Divine Liturgy, presided over by Bishop Thomas, in honor of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist. This service set a reverent tone for the day, as students, faculty, and staff gathered together in unity and prayer.
Following the liturgy, the residency continued with academic sessions. Students from various tracks engaged in their respective lectures, delving into topics like Liturgical Theology and Teleliturgics. These sessions offered rich, intellectual discussions and practical insights, contributing to the comprehensive learning experience at AHOS.
The pinnacle of the day was undoubtedly the Graduation Ceremony. Held in the Ajar Amphitheatre, this grand event celebrated the achievements of students who have dedicated themselves to their studies. The ceremony was a momentous occasion, with graduates walking across the stage to receive their diplomas, surrounded by the applause and support of their families, friends, and faculty. The atmosphere was filled with pride and joy, as the community came together to honor the hard work and perseverance of the graduates.
This ceremony was not just a celebration of academic accomplishments, but also a recognition of the spiritual growth and commitment that each graduate has demonstrated during their time at AHOS. It was a fitting conclusion to a day that began with solemn reflection and ended with heartfelt celebration.
