CALL FOR PAPERS & Membership Registration
Hello AHOS Students, Faculty & Staff,
The Orthodox Academic Society will be holding its Winter Symposium on January 27th, 2024, via Zoom. OAS symposia offer AHOS graduate students a chance to present their academic work to the wider AHOS community. The symposium will last about 3.5 hours and will consist of 15 minute summary presentations followed by 10 minute question and answer sessions.
Paper Submission: Graduate students enrolled in the MTS, MPCC, MDiv, DMin or PhD programs are welcome to submit a paper for consideration. Papers may be on any subject from an Orthodox perspective. Please have your papers submitted by December 16th.
Membership Registration: We encourage all AHOS students and alumni to sign up for free OAS membership. everyone will need to create a login account for the new OAS website and register for OAS membership again, even if you have already done so in the past. Members will be sent a link to the symposium and will have the privilege of participating in the question and answer sessions.
